How some people keep every single bit of their lives in one orderly fashion constantly amazes me. I am just one of those gals that is bound to be a hot mess mom one day. However, they do say that practice makes perfect. And what better way to practice organization than to organize my meal plan for the week? I know, I may be a nerd when it comes to nutrition, but something about a new recipe really excites me. In order to assure that each of my meals are well balanced, I always follow a certain guideline:

Breakfast: healthy fat, protein and carb

Snack: protein/carb + healthy fat

Lunch: healthy fat, protein and carb

Snack: protein/carb + healthy fat

Dinner: protein + fat + healthy carb

Snack: protein/carb + healthy fat
